Breast cancer effectiveness of tamoxifen enhanced by new drug
Newly released research on 12/11/2006 identified DIBA as a drug that can be combined with tamoxifen to control regrowth of estrogen sensitive tumors that have lost their sensitivity to the estrogen-blocking effects of tamoxifen. This is preliminary research and further work is needed before this can be considered to be a safe and effective therapy for humans.
